Lancashire Dead Good Poets’ Society are dedicated to giving the community a creative voice.
We are a group of English graduates from around the Fylde Coast area who work on a voluntary basis in the local community, giving a creative writing and performance platform to those who are often socially excluded.
Why don’t you come along to their events?

More About Dead Good Poets
We run a once monthly open mic poetry event that is always friendly and accessible to all. We tutor free creative workshops in local venues and perform at community events. We are forming links with The Grundy Art Gallery in Blackpool to carry out workshops and story telling events for adults and children.
We love to involve our extended Facebook members in our activities and provide them with a community in which to discuss writing, literary events and performance poetry events.
We also write a daily blog, on a theme and invite novice and professional writers to blog as guests on Sundays.
